Fee Disclosure & Terms of Service

Florida Statutory Fees: In strict compliance with Florida Statutes Chapter 117, fees for standard notarial acts are legally capped at $10.00 per signature/seal, and Remote Online Notarizations (RON) are capped at $25.00 per seal. Any charges exceeding these amounts represent separate fees for mobile travel convenience, administrative management, round-trip transit, after-hours availability, or secure electronic hosting.

Travel Fees: All mobile travel and convenience fees are fully disclosed and agreed upon prior to dispatch. Because travel fees are earned upon departure, they are completely non-refundable once the notary is en route, regardless of whether the document execution is completed due to signer unreadiness, missing witnesses, or invalid identification.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than two (2) hours' notice prior to the confirmed time will incur a fee equivalent to the base travel rate ($45.00).

Wait Time Policy: A grace period of ten (10) minutes is extended. Thereafter, a wait fee of $15.00 per 15-minute increment will apply if signers or required witnesses are not ready at the scheduled time.
